In order to provide to you the best service and offer to you the best gaming experience ever in UltimaRO, we need to constantly maintain and update the server. As we all know, running a server requires expensive payables to maintain. If you think you are having fun with the server and want to extend your help, you are most welcomed to donate. Your donations will really help us support the expenses in maintaining our beloved server running for as long as we can.

For every corresponding donations that we receive, We the UltmaRO Dev Team will give you UltimaRO Donation Coins (UDC) to show our gratitude to you our supporters. It's our simple way of saying 'THANK YOU!' to you for helping us run the UltmaRO server.

Donation Policy

1. Donations are not refundable!

2. We do not tolerate credit card fraud, which is a felony. If we find out that a donation was made from an unauthorized source, we will report all information to Paypal in order to have a full investigation of the case.

3. Note that by donating, you are helping to keep the server alive. You are not buying items! We simply give you a small gift to show our gratitude and to thank you for your support.

4. Those gifts are in no way required to play and most of them can be obtained in game without donating through quests. They are only simple fashion items which are absolutely not overpowering and/or required to become a strong character in the game.

5. No godly items or extremely rare items will be given as gifts. Anything that could ruin the game's economy/market or balance won't be given as rewards as well. This includes: more stats, skill points, godly items, MVP cards, cards in general and more...

6. You may only request gifts that are listed in our Donation NPC.

7. No item refining will be granted (again for balancing purposes).

8. It's your responsibility to interpret and fully understand this donation matter and that by donating you, therefore, are declaring your fully understanding regarding the agreement to this policy.
